We are looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist who knows how to maximize ROI, scale campaigns, and turn ad spend into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns within Google Ads.

Conduct deep keyword research, draft compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tracking tools to ensure precise conversion attribution.

Monitor and optimize core KPIs, including CPA, CPL, and ROAS.

Provide regular, transparent performance reports and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

What We Are Looking For:

2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns in competitive commercial niches.

Strong proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager).

Experience with CRM integration and automated marketing funnels is a significant plus.

A result-oriented mindset with sharp analytical skills.

Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
