NOC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced NOC Engineer with strong background in road and infrastructure projects in Dubai, preferably with exposure to authority approvals and utility coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all NOC applications with relevant authorities such as Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Etisalat, and du
• Prepare and submit documents/drawings for NOC approvals
• Track and follow up on approvals to ensure timely project progress
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for design approvals and clearances
• Review drawings to identify utility conflicts and ensure compliance
• Handle authority comments and manage revisions accordingly
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all NOC submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Dubai infrastructure/road projects
• Strong experience with NOC processes and authority coordination in Dubai
• Familiarity with utility services (water, sewer, power, telecom, etc.)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant submission portals
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
