SALES ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively sell CNC machined oil & gas components to:
  • Oil & Gas operators
  • EPC contractors
  • Oilfield service companies
  • Generate new business through client visits, networking, and market outreach
  • Handle complete sales cycle:
  • RFQ sourcing
  • Technical discussion
  • Quotation & pricing
  • Order closing
  • Understand customer drawings, specs, and oilfield requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering & production teams for feasibility, lead time & costing
  • Follow up on quotations, approvals, orders, and payments
  • Maintain strong long-term client relationships
  • Support vendor registrations, tenders, and approvals
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5–10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry in UAE (mandatory)
  • Proven sales experience in engineering / CNC / manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of:
  • CNC turning & milling
  • Oilfield materials (CS, SS, Alloy, Duplex, Inconel – advantage)
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Strong negotiation, communication & closing skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-focused
  • Valid UAE driving license – mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • Oil & Gas in UAE : 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
