Part-Time IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Manage email accounts and user access.

Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity measures.

Support office systems and IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Previous experience in IT Support is preferred.

Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft 365.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

UAE experience is an advantage.

Own visa is preferred.
