Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct vendor research, evaluation, and selection to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor vendor performance.
  • Coordinate quality requirements and engineering changes with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage purchasing agreements and contracts.
  • Analyze purchasing data and inventory levels to determine procurement requirements.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, shipping schedules, and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform ongoing market research to identify new suppliers and advantageous purchasing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, evaluation reports, inspection reports, and procurement documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline. MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchase Engineer, or similar procurement role in Instrumentation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and financial reporting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
