Business Analyst -Cash Management

📢 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Cash Management | Dubai

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Payments, and Financial Institution Clearing for a leading banking project in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

✅ 8+ years of banking experience as a Business Analyst

✅ Strong domain expertise in Cash Management and Corporate Banking

✅ Experience with Payments, Clearing, and Financial Institution processes

✅ Ability to define, document, and optimize business processes from scratch

✅ Expertise in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation

✅ Hands-on experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprint delivery

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience reviewing SIT/UAT test cases and supporting user acceptance testing

✅ Comfortable working in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments

✅ Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Miro, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Responsibilities:

🔹 Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and solutions

🔹 Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items

🔹 Drive business process transformation and value-added change initiatives

🔹 Support testing, training, and successful product delivery

🔹 Act as a domain expert for Cash Management, Payments, and Clearing solutions
