Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into actionable deliverables. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Document requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Translate business needs into clear functional/technical specifications
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation
• Support Agile activities (backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT)
• Model business processes and workflows using standard tools
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong experience in requirements gathering & documentation
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
