OVERVIEW

We are seeking a forward-thinking, highly efficient Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital customer acquisition, paid media, and content execution.

The ideal candidate is not a traditional digital marketer who works in a single silo. You are a technological generalist who leverages advanced generative AI platforms (text, image, video, and data automation tools) as a force multiplier to execute both high-level campaign strategies and fast, premium creative production. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance Marketing & Ad Management (Strategy Engine)

· Campaign Deployment: Structure, launch, and manage multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

· Algorithmic Optimization: Utilize modern, creative-led targeting protocols to scale lead generation and e-commerce revenue while maintaining a target ROAS of 500%+.

· Keyword & Search Governance: Run weekly search term data audits to deploy negative keyword constraints and optimize search intent capture.

2. AI-Driven Creative Production (Visual & Copy Engine)

· Rapid Asset Generation: Use generative AI tools to rapidly produce high-converting ad variations.

· SEO Content Sprints: Produce weekly authoritative, long-form articles targeting core wellness and biometric analysis clusters to grow organic search traffic.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & TOOL STACK REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must demonstrate active proficiency or high agility in combining traditional platforms with AI systems:

Paid Media: Meta Ads Manager (Andromeda protocol standard), Google Ads Manager, and Google Search Console, AI Related tools …

E-Commerce & CRM: Basic navigation of Shopify and CRM (tracking pipelines, links, and UTM configurations).

Generative AI Toolkit (Required Proficiency):

Text/Strategy: Advanced prompt engineering for copy generation, translations, and data parsing.

Graphics/Layouts: Canva AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent platforms for fast, premium image modifications and graphic design.

Video Editing: Edit raw mobile event footage into high-impact ads.

QUALIFICATIONS & PROFILE

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience running paid performance ads (Meta/Google) with an active portfolio demonstrating how you use AI to cut creative production times in half.

Mindset: Highly autonomous, data-disciplined, and proactive. You prefer to run a lean, automated process rather than relying on heavy agency dependencies.
