IT Support

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to end-users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Monitor IT infrastructure including systems, networks, and security.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and help desk operations.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security basics.
• Ability to install and maintain systems and applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or CCNA are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cisco Networking: 2 years (Required)
• IT Services and IT Consulting: 2 years (Required)
