Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, configuration, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.
• Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms.
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable Apex code following Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Create and maintain test classes with required code coverage for deployment.
• Support data migration activities using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Workbench, or other migration tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug logs, validation errors, flow errors, and integration failures.
• Participate in deployment activities using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, or CI/CD tools.
• Work with business stakeholders to improve Salesforce processes, user experience, and system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, automations, and deployment changes.
• Ensure Salesforce security best practices are followed, including field-level security, object permissions, sharing settings, and role hierarchy.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Test Classes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and Lightning App Builder.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWD.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, relationships, record types, page layouts, and custom metadata.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and JSON/XML handling.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, or Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce errors, debug logs, Apex exceptions, and automation issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
