FINISHING SUPERVISOR

We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Finishing Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site.

Position : FINISHING SUPERVISOR

Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Experience : 6-8 years in construction finishing works

Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent.

Fordrough Building Contracting Co. is a growing contracting company specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and data center projects across Dubai. We deliver quality on time and are looking for a skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise all finishing works on site: Supervising finishing works such as: Plastering, Block work, Tiling, Painting coordination, False ceilings, Waterproofing, Flooring & external works.

· Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and method statements Coordinate with subcontractors, masons, painters, tilers, and labor to ensure work meets quality & schedule

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, Dubai Municipality & client specifications

· Track daily progress, manpower, and material requirements.

· Raise RFIs & coordinate with engineers/PM

· Conduct quality checks & handover inspections.

· Minimize rework

· Monitoring material usage and site progress

· Maintain site records, daily reports, and as-built updates

Requirements:

· 6-8 years proven experience as Finishing Supervisor in UAE construction projects

· Strong knowledge of finishing materials & techniques

· Ability to read drawings & manage multiple work fronts

· Good communication in English + Hindi ( preferred)

· Valid UAE driving license

· Must be able to join immediately
