Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Generate qualified leads for IT services such as software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and IT consulting.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Present company services and solutions to clients.
  • Arrange product demonstrations, meetings, and presentations.
  • Explain technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented manner.

4. Requirement Gathering

  • Understand client needs, project scope, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.
  • Document customer requirements accurately.

5. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with management and technical teams for pricing and project estimation.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.

6. Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional IT services to existing clients.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities and target industries.
  • Stay updated on IT service offerings and customer demands.

8. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
  • Track project progress and maintain client communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
  • Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be fluent in English as well as hindi
  • Should be confident and have strong convincing skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
