Baker & Co. Associates is seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you have a passion for lead generation, content creation, and digital growth strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

* Generate high-quality leads for our immigration and consultancy services

* Create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, reels, graphics, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements

* Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms

* Optimize marketing campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI

* Implement SEO strategies and monitor website performance

* Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

* Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation

* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing

* Experience in content creation, video content planning, copywriting, and campaign optimization

* Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools

* Creative mindset with excellent communication skills

* Experience in immigration, consultancy, legal, or professional services is an advantage
