Description
We are hiring a highly capable Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale our Sales AGI platform from end to end.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on engineering position for builders who can independently own backend systems, frontend development, AI workflows, and production deployments.
You will work directly on acquisition, outreach, negotiation, closing, delivery, agent workflows, messaging systems, and AI-powered automation products.
What You Will Own
✅ Build Sales AGI features across acquisition, outreach, negotiation, closing, and delivery.
✅ Design and manage backend architecture including:
- High-concurrency state management
- Message queues
- Caching systems
- PostgreSQL databases
- Redis infrastructure
✅ Build and ship frontend and backend functionality independently.
✅ Integrate messaging platforms, AI agents, automation systems, and voice-adjacent workflows.
✅ Collaborate with AI coding tools to accelerate product delivery.
Mandatory Requirements (Apply ONLY If You Meet ALL Requirements)
✔ 3–5+ years of Full-Stack Development experience.
✔ Proven experience shipping production-grade applications.
✔ Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Technical Requirements
✔ Strong expertise in at least ONE of:
- TypeScript
- Go
- Python
✔ Strong React experience (or another mainstream frontend framework).
✔ Deep backend experience with:
- High-concurrency systems
- State management
- Message queues
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Caching
- Performance optimization
✔ Experience using AI coding tools such as:
- Claude Code
- Codex
- Cursor
- Similar AI development tools
✔ Understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, and when business logic should be handled by code versus AI models.
