Test Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for modern sourcing platforms and user experience-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for Agile projects
• Oversee creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Drive functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Perform API testing (REST services) using Postman & SoapUI
• Execute data validation using SQL for backend accuracy
• Manage test assets using qTest, Zephyr, TestRail, HP ALM
• Handle defect lifecycle using Jira & Bugzilla
• Collaborate with product, business, and UX teams
• Prepare test metrics, dashboards, and release reports
• Mentor team members and promote QA best practices

✅ Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in Software Testing / QA (7–10 years)
• Expertise in Agile / Scrum testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with API & Web Services Testing
• Solid SQL skills for data validation
• Experience in test management & defect tracking tools
• Knowledge of Git / GitHub for version control
• Exposure to UX and sourcing/procurement platforms
