Sales & Estimation Engineer – HVAC & MEP Maintenance & Retrofit

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing Facilities Management and HVAC team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating annual maintenance contracts (AMC), HVAC retrofit projects, chiller plant AMC & Retrofit services, and building long-term relationships with clients across government, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new HVAC and MEP maintenance contract opportunities.
• Develop retrofit and equipment replacement project sales.
• Conduct client visits, surveys, and technical meetings.
• Prepare proposals perform proper BOQ & estimation and coordinate with operations teams.
• Build relationships with clients facility managers, property managers, consultants, and building owners.
• Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for energy-saving and HVAC optimization projects.
• Follow up quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years UAE experience in HVAC, Facilities Management, or MEP sales.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and maintenance services.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
