Structural Steel Estimation Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – STRUCTURAL STEEL ESTIMATION ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Steel Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in structural steel estimation, tendering, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.
• Assess project risks and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in structural steel estimation.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools.
• Good understanding of UAE market rates and procurement practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
• Immediate joining preferred.
