As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will help ensure our guest rooms and public areas are consistently presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and readiness.

You will support the daily housekeeping operation, guide the team on the floor, inspect rooms, and work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign and follow up on daily tasks for the housekeeping team.

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure SLS cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.

  • Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs, and special guest requirements.

  • Support the team with daily briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training.

  • Respond to guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other resort departments.

  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, equipment, pantries, and trolleys.

  • Ensure safety, lost and found, key control, and housekeeping procedures are followed.

  • Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and daily operational reporting.

  • Lead by example and maintain SLS grooming, service, and professional standards.

  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.

  • Good understanding of housekeeping standards, room inspections, and daily hotel operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support a team.

  • Good English communication skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; OPERA PMS knowledge is preferred.
