QAQC Manager

Manage quality assurance and quality control processes across assigned projects, ensuring construction works comply with specifications, standards and client quality requirements.

Lead the implementation of quality management systems and provide quality leadership to site supervision teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality assurance/quality control within construction, including experience managing QA/QC functions
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and construction quality standards
• Experience developing inspection and test plans (ITPs) and managing non-conformance processes
• Strong understanding of KSA construction codes and international quality standards
• KSA experience preferred
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project quality management plans in line with client and contractual requirements
• Review and approve contractor inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements and quality procedures
• Lead site quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards
• Manage the non-conformance and corrective action process, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues
• Oversee material testing and certification processes, ensuring compliance with approved standards
• Provide quality management training and guidance to site supervision and contractor teams
• Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management and clients
• Support the development and continuous improvement of company-wide quality management systems
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve quality-related technical issues
• Support project close-out by ensuring quality records and certifications are complete and accurate
