Recreation /Kids Club Attendant - Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island (Female)

We are currently seeking a Recreation/ Kids Club Attendant to join our vibrant team. As a Wellness Enthusiast, you infuse our Recreation Team with a heightened sense of dedication, a goal-focused approach, and a genuine zeal for enhancing guest experiences in our vibrant hospitality setting.

• Our  Kids Club Attendant love to support our members and guests ambitions to run longer, try harder and aim higher to achieve their goals. It’s far more than just handing out towels!

• You will manage our Kids Club team and lead by example, ensuring our standards of cleanliness are high and our guests are safe, whilst managing budgets and inventory

• Liaise with Recreation Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kid’s club / crèche

• Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche

• Ensure all equipment’s are clean and properly maintained

• Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor

• Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times

• Maintain club / crèche clean and tidy at all times

• Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices

• Be fully aware and conversant of all departmental rules and regulations

• To frequently check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities

• To address with knowledge, accuracy and confidence any guest inquiries

• Create a warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere

• To assume other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude

• An eye for detail

• Passionate about creating extraordinary service

• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Likes having fun at work

• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
