Kitchen Helper

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, or in a similar role is preferred but not Mandatory.
• Experience in large-scale food preparation or catering is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, standing for long hours, and lifting kitchen items.
• Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with the Kitchen Chief and cooks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different cuisines.

Other Requirements:

• Must be punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.
• Willing to work in hot and busy kitchen environments.
