Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The مهندس بنية تحتية - تسعير وتنفيذ (Infrastructure Engineer – Pricing and Implementation) will be responsible for supporting the design, pricing, and implementation of infrastructure solutions for internal projects and training programs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing infrastructure requirements, contributing to solution architecture, assisting with cost estimation and proposals, and coordinating implementation activities. The role involves monitoring systems and networks, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring that security and reliability standards are met. The engineer will collaborate with trainers, technical teams, and stakeholders to document configurations, maintain system performance, and provide insight into best practices for infrastructure deployments.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure skills, including experience with servers, storage, and core IT environments.
• Candidates should possess System Administration skills to manage, configure, and maintain operating systems and critical services.
• Candidates should possess Networking skills, including basic routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills to help protect systems, manage access controls, and support secure configurations.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network issues efficiently.
• Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with clear communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with pricing, cost estimation, or technical proposal support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, or modern infrastructure tools is beneficial.
