Job Title: Shopkeeper – Stationery Store

Location: Old Muewilah

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and customer-oriented shopkeeper to manage daily operations in our stationery store. The ideal candidate will handle sales, maintain inventory, assist customers, and ensure a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain proper stock levels and manage inventory
• Order new stationery supplies from suppliers as needed
• Display and arrange stationery products attractively
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers
• Monitor product expiry dates (if relevant, e.g., inks, glues)
• Handle customer complaints or returns politely
• Prepare daily sales reports and cash tallies
• Follow store safety and security procedures

Requirements:

• Previous retail or shopkeeping experience preferred in Stationery Field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary: 2000

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (1:00 to 4:30 Break) (Aprox 11 Hours work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
