Join the manufacturing planning division for electric drives and contribute to the future of sustainable mobility. The department is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing innovative production solutions for e-motor manufacturing. Working closely with Production, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, and international plant teams, the area ensures that advanced manufacturing technologies are successfully integrated into industrial operations. After completing the program, you will support the planning and industrialization of next-generation production systems, enabling efficient, scalable, and high-quality electric drive manufacturing within the AUDI AG production network.

Job Purpose/Role

  • You will complete the first project within your target field E-Motor Manufacturing Planning
  • During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
  • In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
  • You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • A university degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar field
  • Above-average academic performance
  • Interest in electric mobility, manufacturing engineering, production systems, and industrial digitalization
  • Initial experience in production planning, process engineering, automation, commissioning, or project work is advantageous
  • Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
  • Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
  • Fluent English and German language skills at B2 level
  • Relevant extra-curricular commitment
