Business Architecture serves as the bridge between business strategy and digital implementation within the Production and Logistics division. The department creates transparency across business processes, organizational structures, and business capabilities while shaping the future digital landscape of manufacturing and logistics. Working closely with business experts, Information Technology specialists, and decision-makers across AUDI AG, the team translates strategic objectives into sustainable and scalable business architectures. In your future target role, you will contribute to the digital transformation of Production and Logistics by developing business architectures, identifying transformation opportunities, and supporting the implementation of innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that business processes, organizational capabilities, and Information Technology applications work together effectively to support the long-term success of AUDI AG’s manufacturing network.
Job Purpose/Role
- You will complete the first project within your target field Business Architecture
- During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad
- In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)
- You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
- After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- A university degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar qualification
- Above-average academic performance
- Interest in digital transformation, business architecture, process management, and enterprise architecture
- Initial experience with business process modelling, digitalization initiatives, data-driven projects, or strategic transformation topics is advantageous
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester
- Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
- Fluent English and German language skills at B1 level
- Relevant extra-curricular commitment
