THE TEAM

As a Guest Services Associate – Front Office, you will be part of the Front Office team at Rosewood Red Sea, reporting to the Front Desk Manager and working closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams. Together, you will create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences that reflect the highest levels of luxury hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

As a Guest Services Associate – Front Office, you will be one of the key ambassadors of Rosewood Red Sea, delivering personalized service throughout the guest journey. From welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures to anticipating needs and resolving concerns, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to Relationship Hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, guest profiles, and payment transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Promote resort facilities, experiences, and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and operational compliance while ensuring accurate cashiering and administrative processes.

You are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and delivering intuitive, personalized service.

You have experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Guest Relations, or a similar guest-facing hospitality role.

You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

You communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

You remain calm under pressure and enjoy finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.

You are comfortable working with hotel operating systems and technology platforms while maintaining accurate records and guest information.
