Civil Engineer Fitout

CIVIL ENGINEER- 5 years of experience

We are looking for a well-organized Civil engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The Civil engineer's responsibilities include managing preparing BOQ/pricing, estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, procurement of materials .

To be successful as a civil engineer, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Oustanding candidates should display a superb work ethic and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret fit-out drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project standards
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Resolve issues, technical queries, and construction challenges
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients
• Ensure timely completion of snag lists and handover documentation
• procurement of materials , ordering materials well in advance .

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING

Experience in a similar role.

Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.

Great leadership and organizational skills.

Superb project management skills.

Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.

Great written and verbal communication skills.

A willingness to learn.
