Storekeeper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage daily warehouse and inventory activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of stock handling, inventory control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming materials and goods.

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

- Issue materials to production and other departments as required.

- Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery notes, and stock-related documents.

- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.

- Coordinate with purchasing, accounts, and production teams.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.

- Follow company procedures for inventory control and material handling.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant.

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

- Basic computer and MS Excel skills.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

- UAE experience is an advantage.

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or metal/wood industries will be preferred.
