Purchase Executive / Store In-Charge

We’re looking for a minimum 3–5-year experience committed worker to join our team who can support Purchase department and as a completely dedicated person in stores and Inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing Duties

• Source suppliers: Find reliable vendors and request price quotes (RFQs).
• Compare prices: Evaluate supplier costs and negotiate the best deals.
• Process orders: Prepare material requisitions and issue local purchase orders (LPOs).
• Track deliveries: Follow up with vendors to ensure items arrive on time

Store and Inventory Duties

• Receive goods: Inspect and verify incoming items against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Manage stock: Organize warehouse storage and maintain correct stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Record data: Update inventory logs and transactions in the company's computer or ERP system.
• Issue materials: Distribute supplies safely to different departments or project sites.

Salary will be defined depends and finalize on the candidate’s previous background and experience.
