Role Description
As a Junior Payment Operations Specialist, you won't just be another team member – you'll be a vital part of our success story. You'll be the left-hand of our Payment Operations Manager to ensure smooth payment processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Payment Ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payment partners;
- Monitor and analyse payment and risk performance, identifying irregularities, trends, and potential issues;
- Ensure payment and risk processes and guidelines are followed;
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and customer complaints;
- Support fraud prevention and dispute management, including dispute defence, refunds and blacklisting;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes, systems and provider performance;
- Keeping up-to-date with payment services regulations;
- Translating team objectives into personal goals for growth.
