Sales Liaison Officer

About the Role
As a Sales Liaison Officer, you will support sales-related activities such as order, delivery, quality, and sample matters through active communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also help to maintain proper records and paper trail for sales-related activities, while working closely with the team to achieve team KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – Build strong relationship with internal & external customers to ensure key deliverables are met consistently through frequent communication & follow up.
• Sales Support – Assist & support sales person on order, delivery, quality & sample related activities through active communication with internal & external stakeholders.
• Record Management & Traceability – Maintain & implement good paper trail on all sales related activities.
• Team work - Work as a team in achieving team KPI/ Targets.
• Content Creation – Develop and curate engaging content across all business platforms to strengthen brand visibility and audience outreach.

Min Requirement

• 1 year experience in sales coordination, client relations, or a role of similar capacity.
• Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented and capable of collaboration with various levels of management.
• Min diploma.
• Fresh Graduates are highly welcomed.
• Ability to use Canva and Video Editing Software would be a plus.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
