  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and external suppliers to develop and implement practical automation solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation, equipment specifications, work instructions, and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC/HMI, sensors, motors, and motion control.
  • Experience with EtherCAT-based automation, CODESYS, TwinCAT, or similar platforms; Structured Text experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working across hardware and software, with basic experience in version control such as Git.
  • Able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with robotics, machine vision, servo/motion systems, or industrial robots.
  • Experience with Python, C#, Ignition, OPC UA, MES, or equipment connectivity.
  • Experience in semiconductor, precision, or cleanroom manufacturing.
