About the Roles

Join our team as a QA Senior Technician/ Supervisor with a leading chemical manufacturing organization based in Tuas. This permanent position offers a convenient walkable location from the MRT, a stable Monday to Friday schedule (8.30am – 5.30pm), and an attractive package comprising basic salary, allowances, AWS, and VB.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and verify QA test results, SPC chart updates, and COA documents prepared by QA Technicians.
• Guide and coach QA Technicians through hands-on training and daily work support.
• Collaborate with various departments to address operational issues and ensure smooth coordination.
• Participate in Risk Assessment and FMEA activities within the QA team.
• Assist the QA Engineer in managing customer enquiries and conducting investigations for customer complaints.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products while following established procedures and workflows.
• Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections in accordance with relevant quality procedures.
• Maintain ISO-related and departmental documentation to support QA requirements.
• Record, process, and manage testing data accurately, including SPC chart updates and incoming material monitoring.
• Support QA operations such as external provider management and internal/external audits.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.
• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of quality control practices and the ability to perform statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA in Chemical Manufacturing industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• permanent working rights with no restrictions in singapore (Preferred)
