North & SEA Lead

What this job involves:

As the North & SEA Lead at JLL, you will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across one of our most dynamic and rapidly evolving regions. This leadership role positions you at the forefront of shaping how we deliver integrated real estate solutions to clients spanning diverse markets from emerging economies to established financial hubs. You'll be responsible for orchestrating regional business development, cultivating C-suite relationships, and ensuring our service delivery consistently exceeds client expectations. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead the development and execution of regional growth strategies that align with JLL's global objectives while addressing unique market dynamics across North Asia and Southeast Asia

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders at the C-suite and board level, serving as a trusted advisor on real estate portfolio strategy

• Oversee P&L management for the region, driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and margin improvement across service lines

• Collaborate with global and local teams to identify cross-border opportunities, share market intelligence, and ensure seamless service delivery for multinational clients

• Champion a culture of innovation by identifying emerging trends, piloting new service offerings, and leveraging technology to enhance client outcomes

• Mentor and develop regional leadership talent, building high-performing teams that reflect our commitment to inclusivity and professional growth

• Represent JLL at industry events, conferences, and client forums, positioning the organization as a thought leader in the region

• Monitor competitive landscape and market conditions, adapting strategies to maintain JLL's position as the partner of choice

• Partner with operational and functional leaders to ensure compliance, risk management, and quality standards are consistently met across all regional activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or related industries with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles

• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing complex P&L responsibilities across multiple markets

• Deep understanding of North Asia and Southeast Asia real estate markets, including regulatory environments, cultural dynamics, and economic trends

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining C-level client relationships with multinational corporations and institutional investors

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate vision into executable plans

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience building and scaling high-performing teams across geographies

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional Asian language proficiency highly valued

Preferred qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as MRICS, CFA, or equivalent industry credentials

• Experience working for a global real estate services firm or multinational professional services organization

• Track record of successfully leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives within a regional or global context

• Established network of senior relationships across corporate occupiers, investors, and real estate stakeholders in the region

• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and fostering collaboration across cultural boundaries

• Demonstrated commitment to ESG principles and experience integrating sustainability into business strategy

• History of public speaking, thought leadership, or industry contributions that enhance organizational brand and reputation
