Data Product Manager – Data Platform

We are seeking a fluent Arabic speaker Data Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and functional requirements for the organization's enterprise data platform. The role will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working closely with Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will translate business needs into data platform requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and prioritized backlogs, ensuring that Microsoft Fabric and Informatica IDMC capabilities deliver measurable business and analytical value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the data platform vision, roadmap, priorities, and product backlog.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define requirements across Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Data Factory, Power BI and data governance.
• Define functional requirements for Informatica IDMC, including data integration, data quality, governance, lineage and MDM.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, source-to-target mappings, and data domain requirements.
• Work closely with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned with the platform architecture.
• Partner with Data Governance teams on data quality, ownership, stewardship, lineage, security and compliance requirements.
• Manage Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT and acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders through roadmap reviews, prioritization sessions and progress updates.
• Define and track platform adoption, data quality and business value KPIs.

Required Experience & Skills

• Fluent in Arabic
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes or analytics platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse and/or Power BI.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter or related Informatica platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, data lineage, data modelling and MDM.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
