Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Specialist

About The Role

The Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Specialist will own the technical architecture and integration layer of OHANA’s enterprise landscape. This role ensures seamless data flow, security, and stability between Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM) and external ecosystem applications, including Primavera/Unifier, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, banking portals, and third-party systems.

You will lead the end-to-end technical life cycle, covering integrations (OIC, APIs), custom reporting (BI Publisher/OTBI), data migrations, workflow automations, and environment coordination (quarterly updates & P2T refreshes).

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Automation

  • Design & Support: Build and maintain scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Adapters across cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Specialized System Flow: Maintain robust technical links with Primavera/Unifier, Salesforce, e-invoicing platforms, and banking gateways.
  • Process Automation: Configure BPM workflows, approvals, Fast Formulas, ESS jobs, and controlled sandbox extensions.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Analytics Delivery: Develop and optimize BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, FRS reports, and complex SQL queries.
  • Data Migration: Execute and validate data loading using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, and UCM.

Operations, Governance & Security

  • Environment Maintenance: Coordinate P2T refreshes, release testing, and seamless management of Oracle quarterly cloud updates.
  • Level 2 Support: Monitor integrations, resolve technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) alongside implementation partners.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise cybersecurity standards, including API authentication, PGP encryption, and audit logging.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise documentation, including technical design documents, report catalogues, interface mappings, and deployment logs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of ERP technical experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud technical experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, Fusion adapters, BI Publisher, OTBI, data migration and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting at least one full Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, migration, major integration rollout or post-go-live support environment.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with CRM, banking, payroll/attendance, procurement, e-invoicing, document management, Microsoft 365, Primavera/Unifier or other third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, HCM, Procurement and SCM data structures, business objects, interface points and security constraints.
  • Experience in a multi-entity, project-based or construction/real-estate organization is strongly preferred.

Required Technical Skills

  • Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter, HCM Adapter, REST Adapter, SOAP Adapter and integration monitoring.
  • REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, WSDL, XSLT/basic transformations, API authentication, certificates, SFTP, PGP encryption and secure file handling.
  • BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, report data models, SQL, scheduling, bursting and report security.
  • FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, UCM, ESS jobs, file import/export and data reconciliation.
  • BPM workflows, notifications, Fast Formula, sandbox configuration and controlled extension approaches.
  • Ability to read functional requirements and convert them into technical designs, integration mappings, report specifications and testable deliverables.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation and vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Required or strongly preferred: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Professional / Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
  • Preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM or Procurement certification; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations or Architect Associate.
  • Additional advantages: ITIL 4 Foundation, security fundamentals, API/integration certifications or cloud architecture certifications.
