Job description

Summary

The role is responsible for supporting FM quality and operational excellence across assigned accounts, with a key focus on soft services, audits and contractor performance. The incumbent will develop FM schedules, conduct routine inspections, coordinate and compile audits, analyse findings and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage FM schedules for soft services, including cleaning, landscaping and pest control, and conduct routine site inspections.

  • Prepare, review and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation as required.

  • Plan, execute and compile audit reports and findings for assigned accounts.

  • Analyse audit findings and follow up on the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

  • Prepare management meeting slides and reports based on audit data, trends and analysis.

  • Monitor and review contractors’ performance against agreed service standards and requirements.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Prior experience in FM operations, auditing, quality management or a related field is preferred.

  • Good understanding of soft services such as cleaning, landscaping and pest control would be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate findings into actionable improvements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organised and structured, with the ability to work independently.

  • Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
