🚀 We’re Hiring — Senior Full Stack Engineer (MERN) | Insurtech & AI

📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE | On-site

eSanad is looking for a strong, hands-on Full Stack Engineer who can go beyond coding and take ownership of technology, development and continuous platform improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong MERN Stack — React.js, Node.js, MongoDB & Next.js

• Strong experience with APIs, integrations & third-party systems

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and workflow automation

• Good understanding of system architecture, scalability, performance & production support

• AI-savvy — practical experience using AI for development, automation or product enhancement

• Strong problem-solving and project ownership skills

• Ability to manage technical priorities and deliver projects end-to-end

• Insurance / Insurtech experience is highly preferred

• UAE experience is an advantage

We are looking for a builder and problem-solver , not simply a coder — someone who can help us continuously improve and scale our technology ecosystem.
