Junior Automation Specialist

Bavarian Capital is expanding its internal support team to assist with a large infrastructure project based in Jeddah by improving data handling and process efficiency. About the role The Junior Automation Specialist supports our investment professionals by identifying repetitive tasks and creating digital solutions to handle them effectively. You will work within our technology division to ensure that information flows accurately between different systems, reducing the chance of manual error and allowing the team to focus on high level analysis. This is a permanent, full time position conducted entirely through a remote work model, offering you the ability to work from your own environment while remaining fully connected to the team.

What you will do

• Monitor existing automated workflows to ensure they complete successfully each business day.
• Help document current manual processes to identify where automation can add the most value to the firm.
• Write and maintain basic scripts to assist with data entry and recurring report generation.
• Coordinate with the technical team to test new software tools and updates before they are implemented.
• Clean and organize large datasets to prepare them for ingestion into our primary management systems.
• Provide simple technical support and guidance for internal teams using our automation platforms.
• Report on the performance of automated tasks to ensure they meet our internal standards for accuracy and speed.
• Assist in the migration of data between legacy systems and modern cloud based tools.
