Inventory & Audit Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Audit Support Assistants to join our Inventory Control / Auditing Team. The selected candidates will support the Inventory Controller/Audit Team in conducting regular physical stock counts, inventory audits, stock verification, and discrepancy reporting across Medon Pharmacy branches throughout the UAE.

The role requires frequent travel to different pharmacy locations and involves working closely with pharmacy, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock records and effective inventory control.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory audits at Medon Pharmacy branches across the UAE.
• Verify physical stock against system records.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and excess quantities.
• Prepare accurate stock count and audit reports.
• Support the Inventory Controller/Audit Team in daily inventory control activities.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams regarding stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of inventory records.
• Travel to different Medon Pharmacy branch locations across the UAE as required.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
• Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock counting and inventory procedures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
