Data Analyst

A leading company in the restaurant and café industry is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Madinah.

We are seeking a data-driven professional who can analyze business and operational data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Analyze branch performance and compare results across locations.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to support business analysis.
• Develop automated reports and improve data reporting processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the restaurant, café, retail, or F&B industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple sources of information.
• Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
