Production Trainee (4N3r58)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Production Trainee to join a Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing team based in North – Ang Mo Kio, with a schedule of 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm). This is a permanent position offering up to SGD 2,100 monthly salary, AWS, and variable bonus, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across production operations and quality documentation processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and organise raw materials and packaging materials required for daily manufacturing activities.
• Support end-to-end production operations, including labelling, filling, material handling, goods movement, and warehouse handover.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure production machines, equipment, and department assets are properly maintained.
• Manage production documents, records, updates, issuance, and maintenance throughout the process from pre-weighing to warehouse transfer.
• Assist with internal and external audits by supporting cGMP, ISO documentation, record management, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate raw material sourcing, review supplier quotations, monitor stock availability, and arrange alternatives or pre-tests when required.
• Support production planning activities, purchase requisitions, SAP updates, SOP compliance, team coordination, and other assigned duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum ITE qualification in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Able to perform hands-on work, communicate effectively, guide team members, and operate basic computer systems.
