Job Overview: The Business Support Specialist, Timberland SEAPAC will support the sales function by ensuring sales orders, customer data, reporting, and day-to-day operational processes run accurately and efficiently. This role is responsible for managing sales order activities from preparation through to fulfillment, maintaining accurate system data, supporting sales reporting and analysis, and coordinating across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and distributor partners to keep timelines, commitments, and business priorities on track.

Key Responsibilities: Manage sales order processes from initiation through to fulfillment, including order preparation, entry, tracking, updates, and issue resolution. Prepare order forms for seasonal and monthly buys, support image downloads, and consolidate seasonal order books for customer review and follow-up. Track order progress and ensure timely, accurate updates across internal systems and relevant stakeholders. Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Supply Planning, and distributor partners to resolve order issues, delivery delays, and buy review requirements. Maintain and update customer, sales, pricing, and master data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting. Support customer master creation and maintenance by working with customers, the Sales team, and the Data Master team. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance tracking, order status updates, and analysis to support planning and decision-making. Support ongoing data cleanup, system updates, and process improvements to improve the efficiency and reliability of sales operations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth execution. Monitor key timelines, track progress against tasks, flag risks early, and follow up clearly to help keep projects and business activities on schedule.

You will be: Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Accurate and disciplined when working with sales orders, customer information, pricing, and reporting data. Confident using Excel, SAP, reporting tools, and business systems to manage data and support operational execution. A clear communicator who can work effectively across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, customers, and distributor partners. Practical and proactive in solving problems, following up on risks, and helping the team stay on track with timelines and commitments. Analytical and improvement-minded, with the ability to turn sales and operational data into useful insights and identify ways to improve how the sales function operates.
