Job Summary

You will perform on-site servicing, maintenance, installation, and repairs of water filtration systems, provide technical support, and assist in customer service to ensure reliable water quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing and maintenance of water filtration systems to ensure optimal operation
• Install and repair filtration systems and dispensers under warranty to maintain system functionality
• Test and prepare filtration systems before installation to guarantee proper setup
• Provide online technical support via phone and email to resolve customer issues promptly
• Assist in customer service and perform ad-hoc duties to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Class 3 driving license to facilitate site visits (advantageous but not essential)
• Have basic plumbing knowledge to support installation and repair tasks (advantageous but not essential)
• Understand electronics to aid in troubleshooting and repairs (advantageous but not essential)
• Demonstrate punctuality to maintain reliable service schedules
• Exhibit customer orientation to enhance client satisfaction
• Communicate proficiently in English to ensure clear technical support and customer interaction
• Show self-motivation to work independently and proactively
• Committed to long-term employment rather than frequent job changes

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
