Principal Product Engineer

About the Job 

Celero Communications is building next‑generation coherent DSP integrated circuits for high‑performance optical networking.  We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing ramp, and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) for industry-leading optical DSP solutions powering next-generation AI infrastructure.

As a fast-growing startup, we are rapidly scaling production to meet increasing demand from AI and hyperscale data center customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced-node semiconductor products, influence manufacturing strategy, and play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge technology from development into high-volume production.

Our team develops high-performance optical DSPs that enable the highest-speed optical interconnects for AI and cloud data centers. Built on leading-edge process technologies and delivered as Known Good Die (KGD), our products provide industry-leading performance, bandwidth, and power efficiency for some of the world's most demanding networking applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities from engineering builds through qualification and production release.

• Drive manufacturing ramp execution with foundry and OSAT partners, achieving yield, quality, and production targets.

• Support rapid scaling of production volumes to meet growing customer demand.

• Own product yield, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

• Analyze manufacturing and test data to drive yield improvement and resolve product issues.

• Partner with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust and scalable production.

• Manage product changes, qualification activities, and manufacturing transfers while maintaining product quality and supply continuity.
