Messenger/Driver

We are seeking a reliable and professional Messenger/Driver to support day-to-day business operations in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of documents, packages, and personnel, as well as handling basic administrative errands. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Riyadh’s road network, a high level of integrity, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport documents, parcels, and materials between offices, clients, and government entities

• Provide driving support for staff and visitors as required

• Ensure timely collection and delivery of items while maintaining confidentiality

• Assist with processing official paperwork (e.g. document submissions, collections from ministries or banks)

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures/receipts

• Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance

• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies

• Support basic office errands such as banking, purchasing supplies, and other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Valid Saudi driving licence with a clean driving record

This role requires the use of the employee's own vehicle. Applicants must hold a valid KSA driving licence and maintain all required vehicle insurance, registration, and legal compliance in accordance with local regulations.

• Proven experience in a similar messenger, driver, or courier role

• Good knowledge of Riyadh roads, routes, and key locations (including government offices)

• Basic literacy in Arabic; English is an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physically fit and able to handle light lifting if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience dealing with government portals or document processing

• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance basics

• Customer service experience

Working Conditions

• Based in Riyadh with regular travel across the city

• May require flexible working hours depending on business needs
