Logistic Incharge (Technical & Planning )

ABIS is looking for a Logistic Incharge (Technical & Planning) to oversee and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and control of the supply chain. The role involves managing the technical aspects of logistics activities, liaising with various stakeholders, and supporting project requirements to optimize resource utilization and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics activities to support project and operational requirements.

• Manage technical logistics functions including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth material flow.

• Monitor and report on logistics performance, resolving any issues or delays.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics planning and technical coordination.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics operations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry logistics is a plus.
