Residential Compound Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Compound Manager.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in Property / Residential Management
* Saudi experience is mandatory
* Experience in Tenant Management, Leasing & Rent Collection
* Facilities, Maintenance & Vendor Management experience
* Good Arabic & English
* Valid Saudi driving license
* Willing to relocate to Jubail
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* IFMA / FMP / CFM preferred
