We are building the on-chain ownership layer for global real-estate investment — bringing liquidity, transparency, and accessibility to an asset class historically locked behind geographic and capital barriers.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Valuation & CRE Property Manager to join our Acquisitions team. This is a dual-focused role: leading property valuation for prospective acquisitions, and bringing commercial real estate (CRE) property management expertise to support both the acquisition pipeline and our Product team as we build out tools and workflows around the assets on our platform. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the potential to move to full-time after six months as scope and volume grow.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee valuations of commercial real estate assets under consideration for acquisition

Apply CRE property management expertise to assess operational, maintenance, and lifecycle considerations of prospective and existing assets
Support the Acquisitions team through the due diligence process, providing valuation input and property-level risk assessment
Partner with the Product team to inform platform features and workflows relating to property valuation, management, and asset performance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRE market trends, valuation methodologies, and property management best practices relevant to the platform's target markets
Prepare valuation reports, property assessments, and recommendations for internal stakeholders
Required Experience
Proven experience in commercial real estate valuation (RICS qualification or equivalent preferred)
Hands-on experience in CRE property management
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with acquisitions, product, and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate platforms, funds, or developers
Familiarity with tokenised or fractionalised real estate models
Regional experience in Dubai/UAE commercial real estate
Location / Compensation
Dubai, UAE — part-time to start, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time after approximately six months. Compensation to be discussed based on experience.
