Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead overall business operations, project delivery execution, and commercial growth for a prominent Dubai-based contractor.

This is a multi-disciplinary leadership role that bridges executive strategy (COO/GM level) with day-to-day execution oversight (Operations Manager level), driving the successful delivery of high-value residential and commercial portfolios across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct company-wide operations, resource allocation, and multi-project delivery across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
• P&L & Commercial Management: Own financial performance, profit & loss (P&L), cost control, change management, and FIDIC-based claims strategy.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead senior project managers, engineering teams, and site execution units while maintaining high-level relationships with major UAE developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Aldar, Damac, Wasl).

Candidate Profile Requirements:

• Experience: 20+ years of heavy construction industry experience, with at least 8–10 years at a senior leadership level (Operations Manager, GM, or Director) within UAE main contracting or developer organizations.
• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (MBA in Project Management or related executive credentials preferred).
• Track Record: Proven history of successfully delivering large-scale residential towers, master-planned communities, or mixed-use developments in the UAE market.
